HOW DO I ORDER?

We have attempted to make our website as user friendly as possible. With a background in the Home Interiors Industry, Modernised's Managing Director understands that Made to Measure products are unique to you and your home. This means that a few questions need to be answered to appreciate what it is that you want, and what options you wish your products to have. Please take your time to browse our website for the products you want. Clicking through each section, you will be asked questions to determine exactly how you would like your made to measure product to be for your home. We require measurements from you, but have an area of advice to help guide you to make the correct measurements for the various products we offer. Failing that, you could always call us :)

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO PLACE MY ORDER?

Our Modernised website allows you to use many of the usual methods of payments. We except Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express cards, along with Paypal and Google Checkout. Thus providing you with all the highly secured methods of online payment.

All methods will use an encrypted way to process your payment, so others cannot see what you are doing and steal your information. Your banking information will remain private.

When ordering products from us at Modernised, we can only process your order when the goods ordered have been paid for in full by credit or debit card.

IS IT SAFE TO GIVE MY PAYMENT DETAILS ON THE WEB?

Yes. When using or website, our payment function for card payment or Paypal is always encrypted when processing your payment card details. This ensures they are completely safe and secure. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.

DO YOU OFFER SWATCHES?

Yes, you can order 10 samples completely FREE of charge, we will not even charge for postage. However, if you need more than 10 samples then there is a charge of £2.99 to cover the excess postage & packing. Please call us or use our Contact Us page to order samples.

HOW WILL MY PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED?

The products we offer are of top quality, so we expect our delivery service to match this. Your order will be despatched via a courier, and delivery will require a signature. If you are not home when your order is attempted to be delivered, then a card will be left with details of how to re-book a delivery slot, or details of your local collection point if you wish to collect.

WHERE CAN YOU DELIVER TO?

All orders can be delivered to UK only addresses. You can either have your purchase delivered to your home or work place. Once setting up an account with us, you have the option for the delivery address to be different to your payment address.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY NEW BLINDS?

All products are rigorously quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your item is faulty please email us at help@modernised.co.uk or call our customer service team on (data to be input). We will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent without delay. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS MADE TO MEASURE

​Made to measure products are custom made to your precise requirements, so once made our products are suitable only to you. Therefore you order cannot be cancelled or returned. It is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want and also the size you require. Please read our measuring page to get your correct sizes. We strongly advise that you take advantage of our free sample service before placing an order, Modernised cannot be held responsible if you dislike the colour or the general quality of the product. We strongly recommend that you double check your order to ensure that the products ordered and measurements taken are correct. This does not affect your statutory rights.
